By using the Site or booking a trip, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

General Terms

  • Airline fees are separate from the cost of booking a trip.

  • Trip fees may vary by tour based on group needs and interests.

  • Deposit refunds are forfeited if a cancellation occurs within the trip’s cancellation window (see “Trip Cancellations”).

  • Full payment is required 90 days prior to the trip start date.

Trip Cancellations

Please contact our team first to discuss cancellations or adjusting trip dates. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Cancellations 90+ days prior to the trip: full refund.

  • Cancellations 90–30 days prior to the trip: partial refund based on fees already incurred for itinerary and bookings.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the trip: non-refundable.

Additional Policies

Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including failure to meet minimum group size.

Health Requirements
Guests are responsible for meeting any health or travel requirements necessary for participation.

Alcohol Consumption
Wine is a key aspect of the trip experience; however, we encourage all guests to drink responsibly.

Liability
The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or property damage during the trip. Guests participate at their own risk.

Itinerary Adjustments
Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photo & Video Usage
By participating in our trips, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out of marketing content, please contact Austin Frazee.
